Le prince et son image

Hugues Le Paige was allowed to follow François Mitterand's public activities first-hand for many years. His harmonious relationship with the French president is broken during an awkward interview in which his political decline is already apparent. Years after Mitterand's death the filmmaker would complete a sorrowful reflection on the ability to manipulate power and its inherent loneliness.
